1. Principle of DP transmitter transmitter

At the beginning of the 20th century, DP transmitter transmitter (WESP) technology has been applied. With the continuous development and maturity of the technology, it is currently widely used in power plants, industrial boilers, and kilns. The main principle is: a high-voltage direct current power supply forms a high-voltage electric field between the two poles, a corona area and a large number of electrons are generated around the corona wire, and the dust particles collide with the electrons to be charged. The charged dust particles are subjected to the force of the high-voltage electric field. , Move to the dust collecting plate and be collected by the dust collecting plate, and the dust adsorbed on the dust collecting plate flows into the lower water collecting tank under the washing of the water film of the dust collecting plate for recovery.


2 The structure of the DP transmitter transmitter

Compared with the dry electrostatic precipitator, the DP transmitter transmitter has a compact structure and a small footprint. It mainly includes the following parts:

(1) Ontology system: cooling system, cathode system, anode system, casing, supporting parts, etc.

(2) Electrical system: high-frequency power supply, hot air purge system, high-voltage isolation switch, electric heater, etc.

(3) Water system: circulating water system, flushing water system, accident spraying system, alkali adding system, wastewater return system, etc.


3 Advantages of DP transmitter transmitter

(1) It has good collection performance for sub-micron particles, including fine particles (PM2.5 dust), SO3 acid mist, and heavy metals (mercury, etc.).

(2) The collection performance has nothing to do with the characteristics of the dust, is not affected by the specific resistance of the dust, and can adapt to high viscosity and high humidity flue gas.

(3) There is no dust accumulation on the electrode, no rapping is required, and the phenomenon of back corona can be effectively avoided, the generation of secondary dust can be suppressed, and the dust removal efficiency is high.

(4) There are no moving parts such as the scraper and rapping of the dry electrostatic precipitator, there are few wearing parts, simple maintenance, and stable dust removal performance.
