1. Design scheme of DP Transmitter,In order to meet the requirement that the dust concentration of the exhaust flue gas is less than 15m g/N m3, a DP Transmitter needs to be installed between the dry electrostatic precipitator and the chimney, and the dry electrostatic precipitator and the DP Transmitter cooperate to remove dust . This scheme uses a plate-type differential pressure transmitter, and the dust collector is a single-chamber double electric field. Each electric field is composed of 208 6m long anode plates and polar lines, and the internal flue gas flow rate is 2.5-3m/s.

The circulating water system adopts the mode of continuous replenishment of causticized white liquor and intermittent replenishment of industrial clean water. Part of the circulating wastewater is returned to the alkali furnace dissolution tank for use. The flushing water system and the accident spray system use industrial water replenishment methods. The system adopts liquid level control to achieve Balance with water.


2 Effect analysis of DP Transmitter

(1) After the DP Transmitter is put into use, The average dust concentration is 7.2m g/Nm3, which is a 63.9% increase in emission reduction efficiency compared to 19.96mg/Nm3 before the transformation.

(2) The alkali ash in the flue gas is dissolved in the circulating water and sent back to the dissolution tank, and the alkali component in it is recycled. After calculation, the recovery of alkali ash is 2.0 4k g/h, and the recovery of alkali (calculated as Na2CO3) is 0.92 kg/h, and the alkali recovery rate has increased by 0.016%.

(3) The water of the DP Transmitter is circulating water and flushing water. The circulating water is mainly causticizing dilute white liquor for continuous replenishment. The flushing water is industrial water intermittently replenishing. The circulating wastewater is sent to the alkali furnace dissolution tank, and the system reaches water balance. , Does not produce unusable waste water.

(4) The circulating water adopts causticizing dilute white liquor with a concentration of 20%, which not only neutralizes the acidic substances produced by SO3 in the system, but also makes the circulating water of the system neutral to weakly alkaline, avoiding the body of the DP Transmitter The acid corrosion effectively improves the utilization rate of causticizing thin white liquor in the workshop.

(5) The circulating wastewater is sent to the dissolution tank of the alkali furnace, which effectively solves the problem of the high concentration of the circulating water caused by the repeated recycling of the wastewater and the precipitation of Na 2S O4, Na 2C O3 and other crystals, which causes the short circuit of the crystal bridge between the poles of the electric field. And the internal grid plate of the dust collector, pipe blockage and other problems.
