2. When the magnetic level gauge under air pressure produces fluctuations in the level transmitter, the analysis and processing can be carried out according to the following process. The first to query the display information status of the magnetic flap of the liquid level transmitter. If the information displayed on the magnetic flap is stable, it means that there is a problem with the transmitter module or part of the data signal transmission of the liquid level transmitter, and the output of the liquid level transmitter is accurately measured again. Whether the output current data signal and the route of the signal isolator of the power distribution equipment in the control box are normal, and then find out the common fault points. If the magnetic level gauge shows the same fluctuations as the information displayed on the stage, when the fluctuations are not strong, the liquid level transmitter and the accurate measuring vessel are first turned off. At the fault point, open the filter valve for sewage treatment, and check again if the pressure switch of the liquid level transmitter is not good. If everything is normal, check the upper and lower wire plugs of the liquid level transmitter, the filter valve and the connecting flange Is there any leakage at the panel? In addition, observe the fluctuations of the liquid level transmitter according to the opening degree of the upper and lower gate valves of the liquid level transmitter.
