Calibration and testing process of pressure gauge


For pressure gauge calibration, start from the zero point, pressurize evenly and slowly to the calibration point (i.e. the standard indicated value), then read the indicated value of the calibrated pressure gauge (according to the indicated value of 1 / 5), and then tap the pressure gauge housing with your finger to read. Indication value and record of calibrated pressure gauge, indication value and standard calibration of pressure gauge before and after tap. The difference between the indicated values is the indication error of the calibration point: therefore, calibrate the selected calibration point in turn until the upper limit of the detection, cut off the pressure source (or vacuum source), withstand the pressure for 3 minutes, and then depressurize the calibration point to zero through the following steps. 2、 Return error calibration

4、 Pointer deflection stability inspection
In indication error calibration, visual acuity observes the deflection of the pointer.
