How to clean the magnetic flap level gauge? How about the structure of magnetic flap level gauge?
The magnetic flap level gauge belongs to a fine tool and needs regular maintenance, of which cleaning is a more direct maintenance method. Cleaning the magnetic flap level gauge can keep the tools clean and the measurement accuracy. Many factories pay more attention to the cleaning method when using it. Let's talk about how to clean the magnetic flap level gauge.
-How to clean the magnetic flap level gauge?
1. After being used for a period of time, the magnetic flap level gauge often adsorbs a lot of dirt in the pontoon. Therefore, the magnetic flap level gauge should be cleaned irregularly every year to reduce the accumulation of impurities in the buoy, so as not to affect the accurate measurement of the instrument.
2. Before cleaning, first open the rotating cap of the iron pipe of the magnetic flap level gauge, carefully take out the magnetic flap level gauge, and then clean the ground iron filings and dirt around the equipment.
3. After the magnetic flap level gauge is taken out, it shall be placed neatly to ensure that the pipelines and lines are in order. At the same time, protective measures shall be taken to avoid accidental damage caused by the outflow of corrosive liquid in the magnetic flap level gauge.
4. When cleaning the magnetic flap level gauge, trichloroethylene or ethanol (commonly known as alcohol) can be injected into the pressure hole to half its height, placed and soaked for about 5 to 10 minutes, then shake slightly and repeat for many times until cleaning
Until it's clean. It is forbidden to use any instrument to clean the pressure hole, so as to avoid damaging the pressure sensing film of the sensitive core and generating errors.
5. During cleaning, brushes or metal tools with excessive hardness shall not be used to avoid damaging the sensitive core and interface thread of the magnetic flap level gauge and causing local damage.
6. After cleaning, slowly put the magnetic flap level gauge back into the iron pipe, place it at the lower part of the iron pipe, install the screw cap back, and then reinstall the removed and cleaned magnetic flap level gauge. In order to ensure the accuracy of sampling data, the same water level of the sluice must be compared again, and the detection value of the instrument must be corrected.
2、 How about the structure of magnetic flap level gauge?
The magnetic flap level gauge consists of three parts: non-magnetic material riser, magnetic float and magnetic display flap. The non-magnetic material riser generally adopts stainless steel pipe or titanium steel pipe, and its length is slightly longer than the liquid level to be monitored; The magnetic float shell is welded with thin stainless steel plate, embedded with strong magnet rod, and the magnetic float is placed in the riser; The magnetic display flap is fixed on the outside of the riser with snap rings, the upper and lower ends of the riser are sealed with blue covers, and the sewage pipe is installed at the lower position of the riser.
3、 What are the causes of magnetic flap level gauge failure?
1. The external interference signal is too large, resulting in the false signal obtained by the circuit, resulting in the dead of the magnetic float liquid level gauge;
2. The waveguide wire of the liquid level gauge is faulty, such as looseness, poor sealing, water inflow and rust, resulting in signal distortion;
3. Incorrect installation of waveguide wire and distorted signal transmission;
