The explosion-proof floating ball liquid level gauge is composed of magnetic floating ball, sensor and transmitter. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the conduit with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel in the floating ball attracts the dry reed tube at the corresponding position in the sensor to change the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor, and then the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into 4 ~ 20mA current signal for output. The upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display instrument to realize the position control of liquid level.


The floating ball liquid level gauge takes the magnetic floating ball as the measuring element and makes the resistance in the sensor change linearly through magnetic coupling. The intelligent converter converts the resistance change into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal, which can display the percentage of liquid level, 4 ~ 20mA current and liquid level value on site. It can be transmitted to the control room remotely to realize the automatic detection, control and recording of liquid level. The instrument is suitable for sewage treatment in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, light industry, medicine and other industries and the measurement of medium liquid level in various atmospheric and pressure vessels, especially for the liquid level measurement of underground storage tanks and storage tanks.
