Advantages of Diaphragm seal pressure gauge

The difference between the diaphragm seal pressure gauge and the general pressure gauge is that when the general pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure, the measured working medium directly enters the spring tube, while when the diaphragm pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure, the measured working medium cannot enter the spring tube. This has two advantages:

⑴ Brass tube, tin bronze tube, 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel tube and SUS316 stainless steel tube are the most commonly used materials for manufacturing spring tube. As other corrosion resistant materials, such as pure titanium, pure Zu, Hastelloy, Monel, etc., due to limited use, it is not easy to purchase pipes, but it is much easier to purchase the strips used to make diaphragms.

⑵ When measuring the pressure of medium with high viscosity, easy crystallization and easy solidification, due to the isolation effect of diaphragm, the normal requirements of the instrument can be guaranteed.
