As a kind of temperature sensor,

Flexible tube joint thermocouple is usually used together with display instrument, recording instrument and electronic regulator. It can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid vapor, gas medium and solid from 0 ℃ to 1300 ℃ in various production.


Flexible tube joint thermocouple are usually composed of temperature sensing elements, mounting fixtures, junction boxes and other major components. It is a low-cost metal thermocouple with large consumption at present, and its consumption is the sum of other thermocouples. The diameter of Flexible tube joint thermocouple wire is generally 3 ~ 8mm. The nominal chemical composition of positive (KP) is ni:cr=92:12, and the nominal chemical composition of negative (KN) is ni:si=99:3. Its service temperature is 0~1100 ℃

Thermocouple characteristics
1. Detection (temperature measurement) element thermocouple is one of the commonly used temperature detection elements in industry. Equipped with secondary instrument:
① High measurement accuracy. Because the thermocouple is in direct contact with the measured object, it is not affected by the intermediate medium.
② Wide measuring range. Common thermocouples can measure continuously from -50~+1600 ℃. Some special thermocouples can measure as low as -269 ℃ (such as gold iron nickel chromium) and as high as +2800 ℃ (such as tungsten rhenium).
③ The structure is simple and easy to use. Thermocouples are usually composed of two different kinds of metal wires, with protective sleeves outside, which is very convenient to use




Remark:

1) Model 53 and 53A are waterproof type with the protective grade grade being IP55;
2) Model 52 and 52A are anti-spring type with the protective grade being IP65; the other parameters are the same as 53 and 53A
3) If there is no special agreement, L is only the reference size. The insertion depth of thermocouple should be the size of thermal installation sleeve U;
4) The form of thermal mounting sleeve is shown in P119.
