D943W Electric butterfly valves are used to control the flow, pressure and temperature of pipelines in various industrial automated production.  For example: electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, environmental protection, energy management, fire fighting system, etc

Working principle

D943W Electric Butterfly Valve is a four-eccentric all-metal sealing butterfly valve with two-way tight closing function. Spatial geometry ensure that the valve plate seals only when in the closed position in contact with the seat, so that no friction or wear between the sealing, and it can produce a torque so as to have sufficient ”welding” performance, to ensure uniform consistency sealing contact and reach two-way reach zero leakage of high-end performance.

Features

1,Triple eccentric sealing structure, the valve seat and butterfly plate are almost wear-free, and have a tighter sealing function.

2,The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has good sealing performance at high temperature and low temperature, and has long corrosion resistance and long service life.

3,The valve body is resistant to corrosion, high temperature and abrasion, and has a long service life.

4,Large sized board is adopted truss structure which is high strength,bigger flow area and low flow resistance.

5,With two-way sealing function, the valve can be installed in any direction because you do not have to consider the medium flow direction and the space.

6,Driven device can be installed in multi-position(90℃ or 180℃ rotation),convenient to use

1. Power supply: the motor is three-phase AC, 380V (special order 660V, 440V or 220V), 50Hz (special order 60Hz); control line voltage 220V/50Hz (special order 60Hz); remote control voltage 24VDC.

5. Ordinary type and outdoor type are used in places where there is no flammable/explosive and non-corrosive medium; explosion-proof products include dⅠ and dⅡBT4. dⅠ is suitable for non-excavation working face of coal mine; dⅡBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for environment  It is an explosive gas mixture of Class IIA and IIB Group T1-T4.  (See GB3836.1 for details)

6. Protection level: IP55 for outdoor type and explosion-proof type (IP67 can be customized).
