Overview

WRNT-01 Special thermocouple closely presses the end of the thermocouple to the surface of the measured object through the compression spring to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. The compression spring fixes the thermocouple, first tighten the connecting bolt to the object to be measured, then tightly attach the thermocouple to the object to be measured, tighten the ferrule screw, and finally tighten the locking ferrule. Suitable for industries such as plastic extruders, light textiles, food, etc.

Working principle

WRNT-01 Special thermocouple is composed of protective tube, mounting bolt, locking ferrule, spring and thermocouple wire, etc.

Indexing characteristics and allowable deviation, temperature compensation of the reference terminal (cold junction), and the connection method with the display measuring instrument are the same as the general thermocouple.

Installation method

Fixed installation on the measured object, now tighten the connecting bolt on the measured object, then close the thermocouple to the measured object, tighten the ferrule screw, and finally tighten the locking ferrule.
