Overview

LZZH-80 LZDH-80 LZZH-100 LZDH-100 Metal tube rotameter (also known as metal rotameter) is divided into two series: LZZH and LZDH. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, wide application range, high precision and convenient installation. Compared with glass rotameter, this series of flowmeter has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature, strong sense of safety and concise reading. It is also suitable for flow measurement of opaque medium and corrosive medium. Instrument tube The body and flange are made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti or ocr18ni12mo2ti). LLZH series: the conventional orifice plate and float are made of stainless steel, and the anti-corrosion orifice plate, float and pipe body lining are made of polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE. LZDH series: the float and conical tube are made of stainless steel. This series has no anti-corrosion type. Lzh series consists of instrument tube body, standard orifice plate, conical float and magnetic conversion instrument;LZ series consists of instrument tube body, standard float, conical tube and magnetic conversion instrument.

When the float moves up and down, the position is transmitted to the external indicator in the form of magnetic coupling, so that the pointer of the indicator moves with the float, and the pointer linearly indicates the flow value with the help of the cam plate.
