LWQ-32 Gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision, high-reliability gas precision measurement that integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensors and intelligent flow totalizers, which is self-developed by integrating the theory of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, and electromagnetics. The meter has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measurement performance, multiple signal output methods and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances, and is widely used for the measurement of natural gas, coal-to-gas, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbon gas and other gases.
LWQ-32 Gas turbine flowmeter, when the gas enters the flowmeter, it is first accelerated by a special rectifier. Under the action of the fluid, the turbine begins to rotate against the resistance torque and the friction torque. When the torque reaches equilibrium, the speed is stable, and the speed of the turbine is proportional to the gas flow and rotates The magnet on the transmitter disk periodically changes the reluctance of the sensor, so that the sensor outputs a pulse signal proportional to the current.
