Working priciple of Handle type armored thermocouple

The two ends of two conductors with different components are welded to form a loop. The direct temperature measuring end is called the measuring end, and the terminal is called the reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermal current will be generated in the circuit. Connect the display instrument, and the instrument will indicate the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectric EMF generated by the thermocouple. The thermoelectric EMF of the sheathed thermocouple will increase with the temperature rise at the measuring end. The magnitude of the thermoelectric EMF is only related to the conductor material of the sheathed thermocouple and the temperature difference at both ends, and has nothing to do with the length and diameter of the thermoelectric electrode. The structure of armored thermocouple is made of conductor, insulated magnesium oxide and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protective tube by drawing for many times. Armored thermocouple products are mainly composed of junction box, terminal and armored thermocouple, and are equipped with various installation and fixing devices.
