Overview

Electromagnetic flowmeter battery power is a specially designed measuring instrument for the actual requirements of water supply enterprises. It can optimize water supply and ensure accurate measurement and settlement of water trade. Comply with iso9104 (GB / T 18659) and iso4064 (GB / T 778) standards, with accurate measurement, high reliability, good stability and long service life.


Working principe of Electromagnetic flowmeter battery power
The Electromagnetic flowmeter battery power is made by using Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When the conductive liquid moves along the measuring tube in an alternating magnetic field perpendicular to the magnetic line of force, the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic line of force and generates an induced potential. A pair of electrodes are installed on the tube wall perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic line of force, which detects the generated induced potential. The induced potential is directly proportional to the flow, and the flow through the sensor can be derived by measuring the induced potential. As shown in figure (4.1). The flow signal (induced potential) input converter is amplified and converted into a digital signal proportional to the flow signal, so as to realize flow measurement.
