The model of Digital vortex flow sensor, which is mainly used for the flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluid, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. There are no movable mechanical parts, so it has high reliability and small maintenance. The instrument parameters can be stable for a long time. The Digital vortex flow sensor adopts piezoelectric stress sensor with high reliability and can work within the working temperature range of -20 ℃ ~ +250 ℃.
Digital vortex flow sensor is a new type of flowmeter with international advanced level, which is successfully developed based on Carmen vortex principle. Because it has the advantages that other flow meters cannot have at the same time, it has developed rapidly since the 1970s. According to relevant data, it has been widely used in various fields. It will play a leading role in the future flow instruments and is the most ideal substitute for orifice flowmeter.
Vortex flow sensor is suitable for measuring mass flow and volume flow of superheated steam, saturated steam, compressed air and general gas, water and liquid。

Digital vortex flow sensor is mainly used for flow measurement of medium fluid in industrial pipeline, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. The Digital vortex flow sensor is characterized by small pressure loss, large measuring range and high precision. It is almost not affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring the volumetric flow under working conditions. There are no movable mechanical parts, so the Digital vortex flow sensor has high reliability and small maintenance. The instrument parameters can be stable for a long time. The Digital vortex flow sensor adopts piezoelectric stress sensor with high reliability and can work within the working temperature range of -20 ℃ ~ +450 ℃. It has analog standard signal and digital pulse signal output. It is easy to be used with digital systems such as computers. It is an advanced and ideal flow instrument.


Product principle of Digital vortex flow sensor
If a triangular column vortex generator is set in the fluid, regular vortices are alternately generated from both sides of the vortex generator. This kind of vortex is called Carmen vortex street vortex. As shown in the right figure, the vortices are arranged asymmetrically at the downstream of the vortex generator. Assuming that the vortex frequency is f, the average velocity of the measured medium is, the width of the upstream surface of the vortex generator is D, and the diameter of the table body is D, the following relationship can be obtained
